The subconscious is part of the mind of which on is not fully aware but which influence one's action & feeling .
I will make it more easy .
The conscious mind is like crew captain and subconscious mind is like crew member . what ever caption give order to crew they do it without any awareness .
If you give any order to your brain continuously so it will start acting like that only .
If you will tell to yourself that you are very healthy again and again and daily visualization. So after some time you will be very healthy person .
But
If you give negative affirmation like I am afraid to darkness so the Ghost will come to do party with you .

There is main role of subconscious mind in our success or failure.
There are some trick to get success .
• 1) AUTO-SUGGESTION
Be a guard of your subconscious mind. The guard only allow the person who has class so we have to be a guard of our mind. We only have to allow good thought in our mind and stop every bad and negative thought
• 1) POSITIVE AFFIRMATION
We have to give positive affirmation to ourself everyday and before night because our subconscious mind work very at night it neal's our body when we are sleeping and if we give positive affirmation before sleep so our subconscious mind take it as order and be like that
For example :-
In car accident a lady lost her leg . but Doctor fixed a Prosthetic leg( robotic leg ) in her body . when she go to checkup she said to Doctor '' I am not able to walk fast "
Then the Doctor said to her that " where you are going to walk fast " she feel so Embracing there so she decide to run in marathon . do daliy partice of running and at the end of the day she said to herself that " I am very fine , my leg is strong , I can run fast , I am the runner ."
After some time she participate in a marathon of 50 kilometre . she was not in rank but she complete the marathon even he has lost her leg . but she win each and every person over there .
• 2) VISUALIZATION
This is very important. When we give affirmation to ourselves it is visualization. Like, if you tell yourself that you are very strong,it makes your image that suggests you are strong.
Sometimes when you are in school our teacher ask what is your favorite fruit? Then the image makes in your mind like I like an Apple so there If I said like I like an Apple then our mind gets confused that which Apple? Apple that's a fruit or Apple that is a brand? That's why we have to visualize
• 4) MAKE A MENTAL MOVIE
This will help so much for example if you want to do one program & you are host of that same program so sit before a day of program sit quietly and relaxedly & start imagining that you have dressed well,looking handsome. You enter the hall confidentl, you start the program in very energetic way. The program done very nicely all the people present over there appreciated you.You rocked the stage.
So your reality will also will like that but you want to believe on it .
• 5) BELIEVE
In some case doctor give dummy medicine to patient to cure . after some when that patient come to visit the Doctor he said to Doctor "I am fine " this is called PLACEBO EFFECT . that patient believe on doctor he has given me proper medicine . that's he cure after some time .
If you follow all this step & giving proper affirmation constantly your mind will always capable for each and everything .
